You probably already know a well-planned diet is an important element of being healthy. Although most of us know that the foods we choose to eat have a major impact on our health, we aren’t always certain about what choices to make. Proper nutrition plays a more significant role than exercise does regarding the results.
As a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I’ll be helping with the basics of nutrition, how to read labels, how to portion your meals and healthy eating habits. This 7 days meal plan is to help those who don’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to figure out what to eat. This can also be used for more than 7 days. Your meal plan will be customized according to your goals. Your current height/weight, food choices (likes and dislikes), and allergies will play a factor so a questionnaire will be sent to you to better customize your meal plan.
In order to get started with your customized meal plan, you will need answer a few questions. Be sure to download the questionnaire upon signing up, and please allow up to 72 hours to receive your meal plan.
